HUDSON TAPROOM
Liquid Rations - Pre-Prohibition Lager
5.7% abv - Pours Amber-Gold with a creamy, persistent head. Aroma offers a delightful blend of toasted malt, fresh baked bread with subtle floral hops, with a hint of corn sweetness. On the palate, it delivers a balance of lightly roasted malt character mingled with hop bitterness, creating a smooth, clean finish.
Hud Light - German Pilsner
4.5% abv - Crisp and clean light pale lager. Light golden color with brilliant clarity. A soft malt backbone provides a touch of fresh baked bread and crackers followed by subtle floral and herbal notes from the German Noble hops. Prost!
Juice Bag - NEIPA
6.4% abv - Our Flagship IPA, pours a hazy gold and hits with aromas of citrus & passionfruit. Upon tasting flavors of grapefruit, and passionfruit jump out but subtle hints of peach & apricot shine through.
Phantom of the Hopera - New England DIPA
8.5% abv - Beneath the haze, behind the mask, a ghostly citrus aria rises…This NEDIPA is a dramatic duet of tropical mystique and vinous flair. Phantasm powder sets the stage with Sauvignon Blanc grape whispers and a hauntingly juicy overture. Enigma delivers cryptic berry notes and a touch of resinous intrigue, while Motueka and Moutere harmonize with lime zest and stone fruit swagger. Nelson Sauvin steals the spotlight with gooseberry bravado and a white wine encore. Expect a velvet mouthfeel, a chorus of passionfruit and lychee, and a finish that lingers like a high note in a candlelit opera house. No need to unmask your desire - just sip and let the hopera begin.
Wreck Yo Self - Belgian Tripel
10% abv - A tripel threat of flavor: Golden and effervescent, bursting with notes of bubblegum, citrus, and pear esters, clove-like spice, and a dry champagne finish. Smooth enough to sip all night, strong enough to wreck yo self.
Crantankerous - Cranberry & Ginger Sour Ale
5.3% abv - Bold, brash, and unapologetically tart, Crantankerous doesn’t care if you think it’s “too much.” Cranberry brings the sass, ginger adds the snap, and the sour base ties it all together like a passive-aggressive holiday dinner. It’s the beer equivalent of side-eye in a crystal coupe: elegant, acidic, and ready to ruin your palate’s expectations. Pairs well with roast turkey, spicy gossip, and the phrase “I told you so.”
Singing Again - New England IPA
6.4% abv - Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado, Huell Melon, and an experimental hop dubbed HBC630, Singing Again is hazy and vibrant, popping with a bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits, hints of peach and apricot, and subtle notes of pine. And with a firm-yet-refreshingly bitter finish, it's relatively balanced for a modern IPA. If you've grown tired of juice bombs, this IPA will have you Singing Again!
Ol' Smokey - Grodziskie
4.0% abv - A nod to Ashland’s quiet charm and Poland’s smoky tradition, this Grodziskie is a paradox in a pint: light-bodied but full of character, smoky but refreshing, historic but weirdly modern. Notes of bacon cooking on a campfire flicker across the palate before vanishing into a crisp, crackling finish. It’s the kind of beer you drink when you want to feel clever without trying too hard.
Once Bitter Twice Shy - Extra Special Bitter
4.9% abv - This old-school English ale is the epitome of flavor and balance. Notes of toasted bread lead the way, followed by a wallop of caramel and hints of fruity esters, and finishes with a firm but refreshing bitterness that’ll get you excited for your next sip.
Stouty McStoutface - Nitro Stout
5.5% abv - A chocolatier version of our beloved oatmeal stout, this rendition is rich and creamy with a delightful balance of coffee, caramel, dark chocolate flavors. Loads of oats and roasted malts create a dark color and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
Sleigh What? - Winter Warmer
6.0% abv - This winter warmer has a sleigh-load of mulled spice and caramel malt, a glass that feels like a wool blanket draped over your shoulders. Cinnamon and nutmeg flicker like candlelight, while a gentle heat lingers long enough to thaw frosty fingers. It’s the kind of beer that belongs beside a stack of logs, a good book, and the hush of snow outside the window.
Backhouse Hazy IPA
6.3% abv - Pale and hazy with dank and fruity qualities. For the IPA drinker who likes both ends of the spectrum!
Hard Seltzer
4.5% abv - A crisp and refreshing seltzer in amazing flavors: Strawberry, Pomegranate, Winter Citrus, Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, or Cucumber. Bonus...our seltzers are gluten free!
ASHLAND TAPROOM

Sappy Ending - Maple Amber Ale
5.5% abv - This one’s got more emotional depth than a Nicholas Sparks adaptation. Rich amber malt lays the groundwork like a heartfelt monologue in the rain, while maple syrup swoops in like the ex who suddenly learned how to play guitar. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, and just bitter enough to keep things interesting — like love, but with better head retention. Pairs well with flannel shirts, fall playlists, and pretending you’re not crying during the last sip.
Singing Again - New England IPA

Noiret Red Wine
A medium-bodied, dry red wine aged for 15 months in a blend of American & French oak barrels. We taste berry jam, hints of herbal mint and coffee with vanilla notes.
Seyval White Wine
Dry white wine that has spent extended time on the yeast lees, resulting in a nutty, bread-like flavor and creamier mouthfeel. The acidity and citrus tones are muted and some sediment is expected.
