Not Ur Bock - Maibock
6.7% abv - Golden and radiant, this Maibock is a celebration of spring’s arrival. Unlicensed Therapist - NE Pale Ale
5% abv - Melon zest and citrus aromas. A soft mouth feel with fruity sweetness and a drier finish with flavors of white wine and pear.
Berry Provocative - Raspberry Witbier
5.2% abv - Light, golden, and perfectly balanced - like a tightrope walker who also knows how to make waffles.
Phantom of the Hopera - Double IPA
8.5% abv - This Double IPA is like a tropical vacation in a glass - sunburn and over priced souvenirs not included. Brewed with Azacca, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Enjoy this hop-loaded adventure that’ll have you singing with every sip!

6.3% abv - Pale and hazy with dank and fruity qualities. For the IPA drinker who likes both ends of the spectrum!
Life’s a Peach - Barrel-Aged Farmhouse Ale
6% abv - Aged in white wine barrels, it unveils a bouquet of stone fruits, bright citrus, and oaky vanilla, underscored by subtle hints of earthy funk. Lush, sun-ripened peach flavors steal the spotlight, intertwining with the saison's peppery and floral yeast character. The white wine barrels lend a delicate acidity and notes of crisp green apple, honeydew melon, and oak.
Farm & Circumstance - Saison
6.5% abv - Pours hazy gold with a pillowy white head. Aromas of bright citrus, white pepper and wildflowers with hints of clove and subtle earthiness. A delicate balance of flavors including zesty lemon, orchards fruits and a whisper of tartness on the light effervescent body. Its dry, crisp finish is accentuated by a peppery yeast character.
Linda’s Sour - Barrel-aged Fruited Sour
5% abv - Pouring a deep bluish-purple, this sour delivers a complex tartness and subtle oak character. Blueberries lend a deep, vibrant hue and a berry sweetness, balanced by zesty and herbal lemongrass. An effervescent beer, it evokes the crisp tang of citrus with vanilla undertones from the oak barrel.
Kilts in Action - Scotch Ale
7.8% abv - Also known as a “Wee Heavy,” it's overwhelmingly malty with a rich sweet malt flavor and aroma. Pours a bright reddish-brown laced with a tan head. Rich flavor profile includes caramel, molasses, and brown bread. Delicately hopped to not take away from the malt flavor. Slàinte Mhath!
Dream of Balticornication - Nitro Baltic Porter
8.4% abv - Rich and creamy with a delightful balance of coffee, caramel and dark chocolate flavors.
Hard Seltzer - Strawberry Lime, Pomegranate, or Cucumber Mint
4.5% abv - A crisp and refreshing seltzer in two amazing flavors. Bonus...our seltzers are gluten free!
ASHLAND TAPROOM
Smooth as Helles - Lager
5% abv - Pours a bright, light gold. Mildly sweet and malty flavor with a smooth, clean finish reminiscent of cereal grain. More balanced and less pronounced bitterness than a pilsner from the German Noble hop additions throughout the boil, giving a grassier aroma and less bitter taste. Yeast out of Berlin was used to impart a less crisp finish but accentuate more fruity esters into the beer.

Maple Cider
6% abv - This semi-dry cider is so New England it probably owns three flannel shirts and complains about tourists. Crisp Macintosh and heirloom apples bring the punch, while locally made maple syrup adds perfect sweetness
Noiret Red Wine
A medium-bodied, dry red wine aged for 15 months in a blend of American & French oak barrels. We taste berry jam, hints of herbal mint and coffee with vanilla notes.
Seyval White Wine
Dry white wine that has spent extended time on the yeast lees, resulting in a nutty, bread-like flavor and creamier mouthfeel. The acidity and citrus tones are muted and some sediment is expected.
