HUDSON TAPROOM
Operation Stein Grab - Marzen
5.9% abv - Rich, malty flavor with deep amber color. Balanced profile with a prominent malt sweetness complemented by mild hop bitterness from German Noble hops. Aroma is a delightful mix of toasty bread, caramel, and subtle floral notes. Perfect for sipping during cooler months.
Hud Light - German Pilsner
4.5% abv - Crisp and clean light pale lager. Light golden color with brilliant clarity. A soft malt backbone provides a touch of fresh baked bread and crackers followed by subtle floral and herbal notes from the German Noble hops. Prost!
Juice Bag - NEIPA
6.4% abv - Our Flagship IPA, pours a hazy gold and hits with aromas of citrus & passionfruit. Upon tasting flavors of grapefruit, and passionfruit jump out but subtle hints of peach & apricot shine through.
To Pie For - Pumpkin Spiced Ale
5.2% abv - A gourd-to-glass experience equal parts autumnal charm and unapologetic spice swagger. We didn't tiptoe into fall — we cannonballed into a vat of cinnamon sticks while screaming “WE REGRET NOTHING.” This wheat ale got a full patch makeover with real pumpkin, a chorus of baking spices, just enough nutmeg to make your grandma raise an eyebrow, and spicier than your group chat this October. Whether you're leaf-peeping, pie-hoarding, or just here for the memes, this brew delivers harvest vibes with zero shame and 100% personality.
Crantankerous - Cranberry & Ginger Sour Ale
5.3% abv - Bold, brash, and unapologetically tart, Crantankerous doesn’t care if you think it’s “too much.” Cranberry brings the sass, ginger adds the snap, and the sour base ties it all together like a passive-aggressive holiday dinner. It’s the beer equivalent of side-eye in a crystal coupe: elegant, acidic, and ready to ruin your palate’s expectations. Pairs well with roast turkey, spicy gossip, and the phrase “I told you so.”
Helles Lager
5% abv - Pours a bright, light gold. Mildly sweet-malty flavor with a smooth clean finish reminiscent of cereal grain. More balanced and less pronounced bitterness than a pilsner from the German Noble hop additions throughout the boil giving a grassier aroma and less bitter taste. Yeast out of Berlin was used to impart a less crisp finish but accentuate more fruity esters into the beer.
So Fresh, So Green - Wet Hop Ale
5.6% abv - Ain't nobody dope as this wet hop pale ale. It marches in with (Mass)cade’s citrus swagger and Pepite’s earthy bravado, like a hop parade through Four Star Farms sun-drenched field in Northfield, MA. Brewed within hours of harvest, it’s got that green snap, that sticky soul, that “I know where my hops come from” kind of attitude. The flavor? Piney, zesty, and just bitter enough to remind you who’s the boss.
Sappy Ending - Maple Amber Ale
5.5% abv - This one’s got more emotional depth than a Nicholas Sparks adaptation. Rich amber malt lays the groundwork like a heartfelt monologue in the rain, while maple syrup swoops in like the ex who suddenly learned how to play guitar. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, and just bitter enough to keep things interesting — like love, but with better head retention. Pairs well with flannel shirts, fall playlists, and pretending you’re not crying during the last sip.
Cross Pollination - Saison
6.0% abv - Where rustic yeast meets botanical swagger. Cross Pollination is a saison that flirts across flavor ecosystems—lavender from the herb garden, honey from the hive, and yeast from the wild side. It’s a delicate dance of floral esters and golden sweetness, culminating in a dry finish.
Backhouse Hazy IPA
6.3% abv - Pale and hazy with dank and fruity qualities. For the IPA drinker who likes both ends of the spectrum!
Anonymous - NEIPA
7.0% abv - This hazy marvel is like a fruit salad that got recruited by a rock band—loud, juicy, and just a little rebellious. HBC 630 drops red berry riffs and cherry solos, Dolcita smooths it out with tropical harmonies, and El Dorado brings the golden pineapple swagger that makes the whole thing sing. Soft as a cloud with a mouthfeel that hugs your tongue like a velvet tracksuit. Expect strawberry daiquiri vibes, mango mischief, and a finish so clean it could pass a background check.
Hard Seltzer
4.5% abv - A crisp and refreshing seltzer in amazing flavors: Strawberry, Pomegranate, Winter Citrus, Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, or Cucumber. Bonus...our seltzers are gluten free!

Noiret Red Wine
A medium-bodied, dry red wine aged for 15 months in a blend of American & French oak barrels. We taste berry jam, hints of herbal mint and coffee with vanilla notes.
Seyval White Wine
Dry white wine that has spent extended time on the yeast lees, resulting in a nutty, bread-like flavor and creamier mouthfeel. The acidity and citrus tones are muted and some sediment is expected.
