5.3% abv - This new iteration of a German-inspired Helles was brewed traditionally in all aspects, resulting in a pure focus on subtle malt expression and extreme drinkability. Brewed with Pilsner and Munich malts and gently hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh noble German hops, the aroma is slightly toasty and floral with a touch of raw honey sweetness, and its flavor is malt forward while not being overly sweet. It is light-bodied and has notes of toasted multigrain sourdough bread, more of the honey sweetness found in the aroma, and just a touch of classic noble hop spice on the finish, which is crisp, dry, and slightly sharp.

6.5% abv - Our most-popular IPA, Juice Bag pours a very hazy pale yellow with a fluffy white head and pops with an aroma filled with a plethora of fruit notes like sweet cantaloupe and orange zest, with a touch of dank tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is smooth and medium bodied throughout, with little to no bitterness, and very light carbonation. The flavor is loaded with orange peel and a touch of pith, backed by notes of mango and cantaloupe.

5% abv - Our Grisette was brewed with Pilsner Malt, and Warthog Wheat and Danko Rye from our friends at Valley Malt in Holyoke, MA. It is a pale yellow Belgian ale with a distinct, clean-fermented, "farmhouse" profile. On the nose, there are aromas of orange peel and honey, accented by white pepper, clove, and raw flour. The taste mirrors this, with white pepper and a woody spice dominating. It drinks clean, crisp, and finishes slightly dry.

6.8% abv - Brewed with Anchovy, Sabro, Citra, and Simcoe hops, Nutrition Facts is a varied yet balanced addition to any diet! It's got aromas of sweet, candy-like fruit, raspberry and orange juice, and subtle hints of coconut. And while it starts nice and juicy, it finishes slightly dry, keeping your palate nice and refreshed.

9% abv - This DIPA is as sturdy as it is tropical, clocking in at 9% abv and featuring a killer lineup of fruit-forward hops. Brewed with 2-Row malt, English pale malt, wheat, and flaked oats, it has plenty of body and depth to support a varied medley of hops: a late kettle addition of Alora, a heavy dry hopping of Azacca and Strata, and a lighter addition of Cashmere and Krush. The end result is a collage of tropical fruit notes - mango, passion fruit, pineapple - along with touches of strawberry, melon, stone fruit, and citrus. If you’re a serious hophead, this beer will give you the wallop of hoppy deliciousness you look for.

5% abv - A clean and straightforward blond ale, it was brewed with Two Row, Cara Pils, and Vienna malt, and hopped late in the kettle exclusively with Dolcita hops. The result is a brilliantly clear, pale yellow beer. The aroma is subtle with just a touch of cereal grain and peach candy. It drinks clean, free of any esters, with notes of light, earthy grain, hay, and underripe peach. Ideal for both ale and lager drinkers alike, it finishes crisp and clean with just a touch of bitterness.

5% abv - Despite being brewed with ale yeast, Kölsch is fermented cold to achieve a relatively clean profile, making it much more akin to a lager in both appearance and flavor. Brewed with traditional malt and hops, our Kölsch is a pale golden ale with a balanced hop profile. The nose has light earthy herbal notes, with subtle berry and pear, mild citrus and a waft of crusty bread. The taste starts slightly sweet with green apple, and ripe pear notes, quickly balanced by a sharp woody hop flavor. Following the flavor, the mouthfeel is soft upfront and then sharp on the finish making for a refreshing drinking experience.

6.6% abv - Bright expressive NZ IPA built on a Rakau backbone, layered with Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Riwaka, and a touch of Galaxy hops. It drinks soft up front with a clean, slightly dry finish that keeps it crisp and highly drinkable.

3.5% abv - A darker version of traditional mild, this beer has more malt complexity and drinks with just a touch of roast character all the while remaining smooth and sessionable. It was brewed with traditional English Maris Otter malt along with several supporting specialty malts and lightly hopped in the kettle with English hops. Held up to the light, 4th Wheel has a deep ruby hue while at a distance it appears darker, as it just barely doesn’t allow ambient light through. The aroma is sweet and malty, with notes of light caramel, toffee, cake brownies, and ground coffee. The body is light, but full, and the flavor opens with a present yet subdued roast character followed by a balanced depth of malt with woody, nutty and toasty notes. Carbonation is low so it drinks smooth and light, with a mildly crisp finish.

5% abv - A deep ruby beer with a nose of ripe plum and a semi-sweet, almost grenadine-like cherry note. The plum is right up front in the flavor with tart cherries playing well off the inherent sour character of the beer. It finishes tart and dry with a last lingering note of cherry pit and cherry spice.

4% abv - Seasonally Confused was brewed with English Pale Malts and a plethora of specialty malts, delivering robust aroma and flavor despite its low abv. The nose is very roasty with a bit of chocolate and coffee. The flavor starts off full-bodied and with bitter chocolate, then moves into a roasty, woody, finish that is light and dry.

6.5% abv - Brewed with Two Row, Vienna, and dextrin malt and Nugget, Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe hops hot side. The dry-hop for this batch is Citra dominate, with Enigma backing it up and just a touch of Centennial. The result is a pale, crystal clear IPA with just a touch of sweet, cereal, malt expression. The hot side hops provide sharp, piney and citrusy bitterness. The dry hop is citrus forward with just a touch of pine and an underlining slightly sweet fruit note that plays delightfully off the subtly sweet malt structure.

4.5% abv - A crisp and refreshing seltzer in amazing flavors: Cherry, Strawberry, Pomegranate, Winter Citrus, Blood Orange, Passion Fruit, or Cucumber. Bonus...our seltzers are gluten free!
